A delicious, easy to cook, boneless alternative to the Whole oven ready bird. The same amount of meat, just all the hard work is done for you!

Prepared by plucking the bird first and then taking the breast off the crown. This gives us a tasty, juicy parcel into which the minced thigh meat with added Cranberry seasoning is placed. Then wrapped back up and tied, to form a wonderfully convenient Pheasant dish.  

Ideal for roasting, it is delicious when first cooked, otherwise make a tasty sandwich the following day.

To roast simply place in a hot oven (200c- 220c) for 30 - 35 mins

Packaged as a brace (2 birds), average weight 800gms.
